Mitch Aiello is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Boyd Corporation. He joined Boyd in 1999 as the Director of Sales and Marketing and was appointed President in 2003. He has led the organization with consistently strong financial performance and aggressive organic growth during his tenure and has identified, vetted and integrated numerous strategic acquisitions through multiple financial sponsors. His efforts at Boyd have yielded a business platform second to none within the markets served and has positioned the company well for profitable, future growth.
Mitch has more than 20 years of experience in highly engineered, custom manufacturing businesses. Prior to joining Boyd, he was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Custom Plastic Molding Inc. He was also the National Sales Manager for Preferred Technical Group, a Bain Capital portfolio company that was acquired from United Technologies/Echlin Automotive.

Eric Struik is Boyd Corporation’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. With more than 22 years of global finance and accounting experience, Eric leads Boyd’s global finance, accounting, treasury, information technology and human resources teams.
Most recently, Eric served as the Chief Financial Officer of Erickson Incorporated, a leading global provider of aviation services that operates, maintains and manufactures utility aircraft. Prior to Erickson, he was the Vice President of Finance for Remy International, where he led Remy’s financial planning and analysis, treasury, M&A and investor relations, as well as Remy’s NASDAQ listing in 2012. He has also served as Callaway Golf’s Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations. Early in his career he developed a deep and varied background in managing financial operations for global manufacturing businesses having held positions with Visteon, Lear and Chrysler.

Constant Lam is Boyd’s Senior Vice President of Asia and has been with the company for nine years. He started at Boyd managing a single site in Shenzhen, China delivering exponential growth and has since helped guide the company through the propagation, start up and merger of five different operations across various countries in Asia integrating the disciplines and operational structure that’s served Boyd so well in the region. He currently oversees manufacturing, operations and commercial management in China, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam with primary industry focus in Mobile Computing, Consumer and Enterprise Electronics.
Constant has extensive general management, organizational, startup and turnaround experience having worked for numerous US multinational corporations s in Asia, with emphasis in China. He was previously the Vice President and Division Director for RR Donnelly’s first manufacturing plant in Shenzhen. He was also at Avery Dennison for ten years as the Vice President of Asia for its Information and Brand Management System Division where he set up satellite printing operations in 12 Asian countries while managing the startup of its flagship manufacturing plants in South China and Hong Kong. He has also supported large scale merger and acquisition processes for RVL and Paxar, as well as at numerous local companies that have gone public and are now listed on Hong Kong’s stock exchange.
Constant has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master of Arts degree of Comparative Asian Studies from the University of Hong Kong as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Stan Lewis is Vice President of North American and European Converting Operations for Boyd Corporation. With over 25 years of progressive experience in engineering, manufacturing and operations management, Stan directs operations across three Boyd facilities in North America and one in Germany. Additionally, Stan is responsible for the oversight of Boyd’s Global Supply Chain Organization.
Stan’s prior positions have included Engineering Management, Plant Management, Director of Business Development and Director of Operations for a variety of manufacturing companies spanning numerous industries including Medical Devices, High Performance Polymers and Industrial / Commercial Absorbents with revenues ranging from $10 Million to more than $1 Billion.
His areas of expertise include: Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, synchronous flow management, building teams for operational excellence, cellular manufacturing, clean room manufacturing, international business, rapid growth management, P&L management, acquisition integration, implementation and management of quality systems, government contracts, HAZMAT and OSHA compliance management.
Stan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from California State University, Chico, and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
Brett Ward joined Boyd in 2010 and is the Vice President of Operations for the Polymer Division. He has more than 27 years of experience with emphasis in rubber compounding, vulcanization and extrusion, plastic extrusion and injection molding, high speed metal stamping and thermoforming. Brett currently manages operations of Boyd’s polymer extrusion and polyimide foam manufacturing facilities.
Before joining Boyd, Brett served as Director of Operations and then Corporate Director of Continuous Improvement at Pactiv, a manufacturer and distributor of food packaging and foodservice products, supplying packers, processors, supermarkets, restaurants, institutions and foodservice outlets across North America. At Pactiv, Brett managed manufacturing facilities as well as led implementation of Lean Manufacturing Principals / Strategies across 31 manufacturing facilities. He was also the Director of Operations at United Plastics Group, where he had both domestic and international responsibilities. Markets of particular emphasis for Brett have included Automotive (Tier I and Tier II), Commercial Vehicle, Agriculture and Construction, Medical, Electronics and Consumer.
